Newest 9/11 victim not entitled to compenstaion

www.msnbc.msn.com

Case shrouded in mystery
Her husband, Ron Lieberman, who had gone to court to secure a place for his wife on the Sept. 11 memorial, does not plan to sue over her death, said his lawyer, Marc Bogatin. And it is too late for him to collect anything from the federal Sept. 11 Victims Compensation Fund, which went out of business in 2003.

What kind of message is this?
I guess it's not if you were murdered on 9/11, but when you can prove it that matters. The bag of bloody hush money is now empty, first come first served, get here late , too bad.

Meanwhile, the criminals who perpetrated this heinous crime continue to steal wheelbarrows (pallets ? truckloads?) of money from us under our noses giving us the finger and laughing the whole while. But everything's fine relax , they promise to throw her husband a bone and put her name on the plaque listing the names of the thousands they murdered.

Disgusting.

This shows the callous nature of our elected officials. When it was in the public eye, they threw bags of (our) money at the victims families , forcing them to sign agreements to not pursue any legal action , and to not speak critically of the attacks. Now that time has passed, and public attention has shifted they don't care.
