OK lets say she did all of those things. the cops do not have the right to break the laws as they see fit. They are sworn to protect and serve the american public. So she naked is that going to stop here from killing herself? ...Nope the only reasone for the cops to do this is to instill fear into the general population...."To Terroris and Dominate"

Yeah. I think the posts that follow sort of invalidate my previous proposition. I can't possibly challenge anything you say above.

There is too much evidence accumulating in this thread to contradict you. I only hope the national media picks up on this, because I think public outrage is needed. Big time.

Thanks for the response. Forceful argument!

Just keep pushing it, NWO. Keep pushing the limits, Police State.

Keep testing the civilians patience until we turn on you like rabid dogs. I love it.

I love seeing stories of outright brutality by the police, I love hearing about all of these ridiculous strip searches.

And I LOVE it when people try to defend the state or say that such behavior is warranted.

Oh I love it all, because it's just furthering our cause, casting more and more light on the darkness that has become our legal and 'justice' system. And I can't WAIT until the waves start to gather. Then things will get really interesting. Then we might have people 'giving up' and handing over videotapes of police raping children etc... because trust me, un-imaginably bad things go on at the hands of authority figures who are 'in' on it. And I can't WAIT for it all to be brought to light!

So keep it up New World Order, keep stripping people and practically raping them in your little anti-terrorist charades.

I gave this thread a star and flag.. While I might not have to much to add other than, others need to see this video for themselfs!!!

Who do the cops really serve? You or me? Negtive.. They serve the elite of this world.. The law makers, and deal breakers.. The people you are not.

This is one main reason why I am not a cop caller.. In my neck of the woods here we take matters into our own hands.. Cops rarely even come down this way.. We dont trust them, and dont want them around. If there is a break into a house, the theif will be shot and killed.. His body will be taken care of.. No cops, No problem..

People will suddenly find out that the law is in your hands.. And you dont need some Nazi force to get things done.. How many stories are there where someone called the cops and ended up being the one taken in?
Way to many times for my liking.. Ive never called 911 in my whole life.
And I never will call them. People you need to learn how to take care of yourself.. As you see.. You have become weak.. I cant defend myself.. So you get the government to protect you.. HAH laughable.. They do not care about you or you're family.. You better learn how to defend your own. Or NO ONE ELSE WILL!

PS- To those sick little puppies who defend these cops, I hope one day you end up on the brown end of the stick here.. (talking to you Cypher)

There are forces who prey upon the weak.. This country is weak!!! WEAK I tell you.. WE have become so weak, that we depend on freakin cops to protect our homes and lives.. Makes me sick.. You weak pathetic fools!
Get a back bone, buy a gun, learn how to use it. and protect yourself..

As you can see, if you dont.. No one will.. And not to long ago its the way it was in this world.. NOw that the real criminals have taken over, you see that villians run this world.. God damn backwards..
But let them try to move into my little world.. Heads will roll.. I dare them..
I dont care.. I would rather die fighting, than laying down..

Yep. I grew up in a small town south east of Canton. I went to college at Kent State and had many friends who went to college in Akron so I drove that triangle of Canton, Akron and Kent and hung out in all those spots a lot. All three of those cities are bad places to live. I consider myself lucky because I never had a terrible run-in with police. I still know people in that area and they tell me that they get really nervous just on simple traffic violations because they just don't know what 'kind' of officer they are going to get. The woman that I know are really afraid of them and that bothers me the most.

Bingo. Sadly that describes much of Northeast Ohio.

I was just there a few months ago, and had a very nice officer stop to help me change a flat tire. He did look askance at me when he looked into my trunk and saw weapons (rattan, wrapped in duct-tape!), shields, breastplate, grieves, gorget and helmets...but it only led to a conversation about the Society for Creative Anachronism and where he might be able to get involved, locally. Admittedly, I wasn't standing there with chunks of my scalp missing and upset.

On the other hand, in Franklin county, Florida, where I am for the winter, there is an ongoing case involving a MALE suspect who was taken into the WOODS for a strip search. I might be wrong, but doesn't a strip search usually happen AFTER you've been arrested and are in custody?

What IS the definition of "unreasonable search"?

Can an erection be just a physiological reaction? I'm not saying he wasn't getting off on the whole deal...I just wonder.

The problem is they just hire anyone as a cop these day's.... they used to screen potetial cops. now they would rather hire criminals and pedifiles because they will instill fear into the people, Causing them to react so that the cops would have reason to dominate the people.

I think this is too simple of an answer though it could be a causal effect. If the system didn’t allow it then when it did happen there would be repercussions on the officers that did it. It all seems to be an established procedure to continually up the force until the person is hogtied naked as the final method to what? Punish those who would not fully follow directions.

Send that story to people like Alex Jones, so maybe he will be interested in interviewing the victim in that story of police-abuse.

i have just watched the video and OMFG
if that was my daughter and i am not a violet person but i would find their nasty asses, one way or another.

strip a woman or a man for no reason other than terror is complety wrong and very nasty, then leave that person in a cold cell for hours on end.

i hope the courts in the good old USA realise this is torture.

another thing that is madding here, a professional thug/murder/drug dealer would NEVER have been treated that way.

big respect for the couple too come forward with this and i hope they are now treated with respect and a few million too boot...

as for the so-called cops/pigs/dirt i also hope they get what they deserve..

disgraceful

all the cops names are jane/john doe, how sad, the police have to hide

note to oneself
if in the USA, do not phone the police, even if it is life or death

sheesh

Actually now that someone asked I do have a very intresting story.

My Sisters kid was living with my parent's while she was going to college, and my nephew is raised properly to respect everyone and especially the law(police). Well one day when he was 10yrs old he and his friend when to the store and he noticed his friend stealing candy, so my nephew did the right thing and reported his friend to the store clerk who phoned the police.

The cops showed up on my dads door steps asking to speak to my nephew to get more info on what had happend. My dad agreed, but then the officer started accusing my nephew of also stealing and the cop said he rated out his friend so that he could get away with stealing.... Well my dad lost it, and told the cop to get the %#@% off his property. and never to return. the cop tried to convice my dad that that my nephew was a criminal. again my dad said you have 1 min to get the $#@#@ off his property and that he'd better not come back unless he had undeniable proof of his accusations. The cop left emidiatly as he knew my dad wasnt kidding, and was ready to call his lawyer. now no one in my family trust cops and we dont even give them any respect. if we have a proble we'll do our selfe.

many say we are not above the law... but we are... we are the law! read your Constitution. It's there in black and white. we have the right to protect ourself and our property with force(guns) if needed.

If anyone looked at my past posts on these I have been 90% in favor of the cops.

In this case I just do not see a reason to strip a woman as they did. They must have even cut off her shirt to get it off her with the handcuffs on. Since we could be seeing it out of context can anyone come up with a scenario that would force the cops with the only choice to strip her down totally naked and then leave her that way for hours?

Could a female cop have done a good search of her with at least her panties and blouse still on? With one cop smashing her head into a pillow as others grabbed at her pants etc all the while she was handcuffed and held just makes one wonder what a person would need to do for that situation to ever happen.

I really hope this couple gets a lot of money and these cops get fired. If not I will lose any faith in American justice if she doesnt get awarded a big settlement. The more this stuff happens the worse its going to be for police in the long run and when a revolution actually happens these police will be our enemies just as if it was an actual civil war with the people fighting the system. The sooner the better I say to and there is way more of us then there is of them so the last thing they should be trying to do is rally us all together is hatred of them.

Yea I know police are just colaborators in the whole NWO thing and a good portion actually think they are doing something right but the bad apples really make them all look bad. I cant even say if I would help a police officer if they were in trouble or just walk away and thats sad because I would want to help anybody but would I just be helping someone who is just going to continue to harm others?

The one thing that sickens me the most is how much these pigs fight to hide their dirt and keep these stories quiet and if I was a cop with good intentions I would want rid and exposed any corruptions but I guess they like it they way they have it?

Sadly, this is the truth. Just being around a police officer is now more dangerous for the average citizen then being mugged etc. A mugger can take your wallet and kill you, but a police officer will come after you've been mugged and arrest you for any number of small offenses.

You know what's amazing about this incident to me? It's how so many of you immediately feel qualified to pass judgment on the officers in question simply from viewing a few edited clips and the accompanying inflammatory commentary by a local news program. It wouldn't surprise me in the least on a lesser board, but here the members are supposed to at least pretend to believe in the site motto of "Deny Ignorance".

Dude, you are FULL OF IT

And judging by the number of stars your post got, I'm guessing there are alot of FAT CAT GOVERNMENT TOOLS in this forum who are afraid to show their face in this thread.

And for GOOD REASON. We do not welcome FASCISTO sympathizers on this forum.

You claim that 'we don't know' if the cops are guilty of anything?

The lady called the police because she was assaulted, she then accidentally handed over the drivers license of her sister and was brought in, held down, had her clothes torn off and sat naked for hours

And you claim that 'we don't know' the full story.

SICKENING. The only thing more sickening then the behavior of the Police State is listening to all the little toadies croak their submission "cmon fellas leave the Cops alone."

NO. YOU ARE NOT ONE OF US. WE ARE PATRIOTS.

*edit*

Oh ok so I'm going to get a warning for this post? So be it. ATS members are not offended by this post and seem to agree with me

Are you trying to convince yourself?

Absolutly nothing will come of this.. they are protected by Bush and not one American will stand up against them... except of coarse the poor womans husban who will have to try and fight these guys alone and will loose due to the fact that he hase no public suport.

Hm, you should think more on a spiritual level. Karmic consequences for actions, be them good or bad. I, in fact, feel sorry for the police officers and the decision they made to assault this woman (as the video clearly shows) - for their actions of aggression simply show the unhappy state that they are at spiritually, emotionally, physically, etc. I think both sides need our prayers. Especially the police officers.

Absolutly none!

First off the first thing the cops should have done was to bring this poor woman to the hospital after bieng assulted, It's the Law!

Second of all, male officers striping a female citizen is against the Law and against natural nature.

Third, this woman clearly see's that somone is video taping, and whats she to think they are going to do with the video tape? Take it home and treat it as S&M porn for themself or worse sell it on the iternet as S&M porn. Stip search videos should not have been taped!

Also, she looks very intoxicated. Was she an alcoholic?

But I'd like to hear more of the other side of the story. I mean for all we know she could've screamed, "I have a gun and I'm going to kill all of you", but they just chose to not show that part.

Look here folks. Look closely. These are the type of people we have to look out for. When the Police State comes rounding up civilians and throwing them in secret prisons, THESE are the people who will be peeking out their window blinds

"Oh look, the force is taking away Bob. I guess Bob must have been a crazy alcoholic waving a gun around and threatening to kill them. Cya Bob!"

DISGUSTING.

Take note viewers: So often the 'skeptics' on ATS are literally here on behalf of the sickos who want to put us in a world full of crooked cops etc. Against the people, for the order.

I think what bothers me most about this is ...what if that had been somebody's 70 year old grandmother, you know the kind that are extremely modest and polite to everyone and so very careful with every detail of their lives? Who taught their daughters to cross their legs at the ankle, to refrain from wearing revealing clothing, and to behave like "a lady". It would be devastating. The problem is, it's assumed if a woman is younger or attractive or both, that she has the wherewithal, mentally and emotionally, to handle something like this. Truth of the matter is, the USA is full of women who were taught to behave and act and dress modestly and although that's not what is depicted on TV, it's the truth.

After somebody is assualted and is bleeding, aren't they suppose to take them to the hospital instead of jail??? Even if they themselves committed a crime?

This is outrages. I feel horibble for this woman. I send my prayers and best wishes as she battles this in court.
