Wow, are you trying to get banned and arrested?

Not only is sending that letter highly illegal (were talking felony), posting a copy of it here breaks just about every T&C I could find.

I honestly can't believe you could be so stupid as to send a letter where you threaten to kill "every pig under him" and "piss on their bodies" to the chief of police.

Back on topic, since the sheriff is claiming that this was not a strip search then the full videos if it exists or will be released will more than likely show that the male officers where in the cell the whole time and were not called in for assistance. Yes, this does provoke strong emotions. And there were a few times that I am glad that there were no cameras recording things I have had to do. But in many instances they could have been used for education especially if I gave commentary of what I was thinking while performing actions.

Outraged as well, but I'm not hearing a solution and that makes me even more outraged... a lawsuit? In the first place, is money going to give Hope back her dignity? Is a new car going to make that night not happen (or more importantly, make it not happen again!)? No.

IF they win, the city will have to ante up the cash. Not the sheriff, his department, or his deputies. These guys probably make less than their victim, so how are they going to pay? So taxes will have to go up, or even worse, there will be some new push to make sure a law is enforced. That's govermental talk for getting some more money thru citations. So everyone in that town will pay, except for the guilty parties, who will get more chances to abuse their power.

Fire the officers? Sure, that'll help. They'll really be sorry until they get another job in a town a little ways off. I've seen this little shuffle in action several times.

If you really want a change away from such police brutality, then you have to get involved. Send e-mails of the video to your friends, your enemies, your co-workers, heck, buy a e-mail list for $10 and get it to a few million folks you don't know. And don't talk about a lawsuit. DEMAND that every single individual involved, from the sheriff on down, be CONVICTED of a FELONY and sentenced in accordance with aggravated rape. Felons are not allowed to become police officers (at least around here), and after 20 years or so in a nice quiet cell, I doubt that sheriff will be able to get elected as dogcatcher.

Get serious, or get worse. That is our choice.

Nope, but he could call your local sheriff and they could come to your door and harass you for a statement. It's already happened to me for running my mouth on another occasion. I shut the door in their face because I knew they wouldn't be knocking if they had anything that could damage me. Give an interview & hang yourself or say no thanks & shut the door. You can't reason human to human with these people, because they are conniving ways to use the system against you for daring to expose their dirty deeds.

They don't want to play on an even playing field. They want you naked in a room 6 of them to 1 of you with your communications shut off & all your financial resources for fighting back removed. Once they get you there then they start to negotiate.

I did not read your letter, but I wouldn't worry about it regardless. By now I suspect Sheriff Timothy A. Swanson is hiring extra employees to answer the phone calls & handle the extra email. I suspect most email will be filed away for future suspects searches if any illegal attacks occur against this countys buildings, staff or computer systems, but for the most part they would not have the budget to go after every hot headed response around the country - or world soon enough.

Violence is not needed to hang these people for their dirty deeds - only media exposure & the written word. The truth is all that is needed and our ability to communicate the truth around the world will eventually free mankind from the grips of Evil such as has been portrayed in this case.

Evil needs to hide in the dark to remain active. When we expose Evil to light it will cease to exist.

I'd really like to know how you can mistakenly give someone a wrong driver's license. Did she have fake IDs?

I can't load the video so I can't review it now, but to determine whether or not it was excessive you'd have to see the whole picture.

I admit a strip search seems excessive if she wasn't appearing as dangerous or anything.

Obviously you didn't read the article & if you don't look at the video you pretty much missed the whole point. She was carrying her recently deceased relatives ID in her wallet for emotional reasons and when the situation occurred obviously she handed the cop the wrong ID out of her wallet. Is that so difficult to grasp? She was not a perfectly obedient citizen, BFD - shall we peel her skin off & put her in a rape line?

When she realized what she had done she gave them her proper ID, when they refused to return the Picture of her dead companion that happened to be on an ID card, she probably got a bit upset. Wanting to teach her a lesson for back talking the cop decided to push it to the next level because he could.

Then the lower tier pigs that work in corrections took the ball and worked her good to let her know who was running the show.

It's time we pick the ball back up and let them know that they are our servants and we don't approve of their behavior. Either they pull it together or we will build some cells for them as well.

Now when you see corrections peoples behavior it makes it a little easier to understand why inmates throw their piss & feces at them. That's all they have left their dignity is destroyed. They've become monkeys in the zoo, because the zoo is run by monkey brains.
