Wasn't this the same guy who promised to supply the Temple with red heifers a couple of years back, at the same time a red heifer was born in Israel, which is a rare event. The Law demands the ashes of a red heifer in the purification rite of the temple and the people before the Ark can enter therein. Are these guys saying that the Ark is found? Both of them?
