Pine Gap Australia

Hi all, I would like to start by saying...PINE GAP!
this is a military instillation in Australia which is where i am from,
but the problem is it is a "American" military installation within "Australia"...why... from rumors i have heard and information
i have read it was used as a radar station in the earlier years
of its operation but now it is being used to for sinister thing's
like the war in Iraq and possibly ufo's and black project's. who knows?
i remember reading somewhere that there had been numerous ufo
sightings out there at pine gap and at one stage a large cloud or white
ship with a pencil thin or rather thick blue light apparently a laser extracting something out of the ground which also when in operation effected the weather condition's. who here on this site can provide some
more issue's and light on this topic as not even Australian citizen's
are NOT aloud to enter the instillation on there own home soil
into a place which is apparently Decommissioned or just a radar base?
and the fact there are other numerous AMERICAN base instillation's within Australia. some one please help?
