Thanks for the clarification. I am certainly no "expert" on the Chinese and didn't mean to sound like one. I made an assumption that she was a Chinese immigrant and would have maintained Chinese naming conventions. And to your point, I have no knowledge of a "Ning" family name either, but you never know... I have seen some really strange English names. At any rate, back on topic, it seemed to me that it would be important to sort out the proper naming conventions to successfully locate her. My apologies if I introduced any confusion.

Strange thing happened today, folks. I am trying to do some follow up research on Dr. Baker, and went to his site:

www.drrobertbaker.com...

I also went to his "Gravwave, LLC" site:

www.gravwave.com...

Both of these sites are down.

When i try to open the cache pages, it takes forever, and little of the content is there.

Is there anyone out there with other ideas? I am likely going to send another email to Dr. Baker in the upcoming days (if the site doesn't come back online).

I just tried to connect this morning and got errors on both pages too.

You could check to see if both url's expired at networksolutions.com

Sorry no other ideas... Unless that plasma project announced at the Florida University is getting some legs?????

edited: spinning disc out and inserted plasma, see post below for clarification

what info do you have on this? My searches for it just now relate more to spectroscopy.

BFT,

I stand corrected. I wonder where I got the 'spinning' part... I must have been dreaming when I read this:

news.ufl.edu...

But our great wall friends are busy and maybe getting close:

www.sciencedaily.com...

This reminds me of your thread regarding the physicist from Pennsylvania and his patents that went dark in the early 70's(timing)?? Or is this a different tech?

Dr. Baker is working with China to get the HFGW project going. He foresee's a 10 year turnaround for them to be able to generate and detect HFGW, and maintain a program.

The Iron based semiconductor is a very interesting piece, honestly. My concern is portability. That is a lot of mass to tote around, you know?

I hear that there are superconductors that are being developed using carbon nanotubes.

Materials science is one of those things that i really enjoy researching. At the nano and femto scale the world begins to look more and more like a Salvador Dali print.

that was hilarious. Thanks for the early morning chuckle.

Now, a craft using fields as described are subject to some side effects. Because atoms vibrate differently depending on gravity, a craft with a cancelling-gravity- effect will cause atoms to vibrate faster and make time seem faster (within the center). Or if you're on the edge of donut-shaped field like this, you'll be in a place were gravity is a little stronger then normal and time would seem slower. So think that if you walked up to a running craft, as you get closer to the magnetic field your watch would slow down. Once you entered the field and started to walk toward the center, your watch will start speeding up again until you get to the center. At that point, your watch will be running much faster then someone else's watch on the outside of the field. With time dilation comes length contraction. This explains why people see various craft as different sizes. The eyewitnesses are really seeing the craft's field changing and its time dilation factor changing.

As far as different lights around the craft - the color, size, and shape of the lights will depend on where you are in relationship to the craft, time of day, strength of field, and condition in the environment. Ionized air normally produces a blue hue like lightening. This is because most of the light emitted by ionized air is UV light, but some radiation is also in the visible spectrum. Water vapor in the air will split the UV light and other light into different colors. Kind of like how water vapor splits white light into a rainbow. The field will be more visible at night and might be drowned out completely during the day and the sun's light. Also, if you could see the fields around the craft, it would be like looking through a wavy pool of water. Light bends in water. If you look at something like a vent at the bottom of swimming pools, you see that it not clear, but seems to dance around. Same thing with light coming off a craft such as this, but a little bit more intense.

Above is from the middle of linked page:

What you are saying is in fact true; however, there are some points to consider. First, how much energy is required to generate this magnetic field? Are we talking something on a Teslian scale? Electromagnetics use a tremendous amount of energy to deploy, this brings into question practicality and applicability. Second in order to cancel the effect of gravity is one thing, but will this force field also protect from friction? Traveling through our atmosphere at the speeds suggested as potential by this device would generate such friction that any known element would vaporize. The only way I can see around the problem is something you mentioned passively and that is the speed of vibration. I believe that in theory an object traveling at or above light speed is infinitely light and zero mass, this would give the appearance of invisibility, much in the same way a black hole is invisible. Whether or not this would eliminate the effect of friction, I do not know, but it does hold promise.

ffden-2.phys.uaf.edu... ourant/currentresearch.htm This link is from an article from Los Alamos National Laboratory. This actually shows a picture of Ning Li and six other men from the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville and was taken in late 2000. The author is named: Michael Martin Nieto, and the title is called: "The number of anomalies is growing"

A major breakthrough and then disappearance- Dr. Li made a major breakthrough in her reasearch in 2003, after which she contacted several of her old associates. It was after this discovery that AC Gravity ceased to exist and Dr. Li, faded from the public spotlight. Tim Ventura of AmericanAntigravity has posted an e-mail that he received from her in mid 2003 describing briefly the breakthrough, which i'll post later. I've come across documents that state AC Gravity was only started because it made her a legit contractor for DOD projects, which we know got her a $500,000.00 contract. So, it seems that ACG was a working entity for at least a year, maybe two, before it went dark. About this time we also know that the building at 511 Sparkman Drive was put back on the market and AC Gravity is not listed as being currently active in the Birmingham area. I did happen to see another e-mail (which i'm trying to find the link again) from one of her old associates. I cant say exactly until i find the link again, but I think it was dated 2006 or 2007. I know it was recent. In the e-mail he stated that she was alive and well, but she was back in black projects and thats all he would say. Anyway to finish up, to show her break through, i'm posting an old article about Podkletnov which i'm sure he has improved but it shows in a way what she has done. - In 1992, an experiment at Tampere University was reported by Podkletnov
(24, 25). A torroidal shaped type II superconductor disk was suspended
via the Meissner effect by a constant vertical magnetic field, and was
rapidly rotated by a time varying horizontal magnetic field. Masses
located in a cylindrical spatial geometry above the rotating disk were
found to lose up to 2% of their weight. A gravitational shielding
effect is claimed. - And now her 2003 e-mail to Tim Ventura: - received an email from Dr. Ning Li in mid-2003 in which she claimed to have received "11-kilowatts output-effect" from her AC-Gravity apparatus. As her startup company, 'AC-Gravity LLC' has received SBIR funding from the Department of Defense, she has been silent for several months now, probably due to confidentiality agreements -- however, I expect that she will come forward with breakthrough results in the near future. (Tim Ventura) ***It appears from all of the information that has been gleaned so far that DOD would be where she is at now. The Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal, and the University of Alabama, are all located nearby. And i'm still working on other angles and e-mail corresponense.
