Obama Win Predicted by Nostradamus

Obama just won South Carolina by a landslide, he will do the same on Feb 5th, then again in November for the general election. Several Nostradamus verses seem to mention him.

The texts you have posted are just vague enough to mean anything -- which is an accusation I have heard concerning Nostradamus's prophecies. How exactly did you arrive at your conclusion from "A barbaric name that three sisters will receive from destiny"?

This is why Nostradamus has lost credibility over the years, because everyone is always spinning his works for their properganda and through their misguided perceptions.

Hussein comes from, Husayn ibn Ali, Grandson of Mohammad, through Mohammad's daughter Fatima. Fatima had three sisters, although I can't tell you that they had any part in naming Husayn. I can tell you that Obama says that Barack is originally a Hebrew word meaning Blessed. I guess that runs a little contrary to the whole barbaric name thing, but what counts is that Americans generally consider his name barbaric.

Well at these that bit seems spot on:

Nostradamus would have likely judged a Muslim name as barbaric I think, but the bit about the three sisters imho points to the three in the Satanic Verses which are not found in the current Uthmanic recension of the Quran.

I was unaware of the sentiment concerning his 'barbaric' name. However, you have indicated that the connection between these events (prophecy and 'fruition') is sketchy at best.

If amendments have to be made to 'fix' Nostradamus's prophecy, I call them inaccurate -- my personal conclusion, of course. In my view, such arguments are generally made for movies with plot-holes; the audience will quickly come up with a plethora of time lines, alternate time lines, parallel universes, and Q documents, in order to paint the discrepancies as intentional, or otherwise acceptable.

Let's not forget that the verses list events that could apply to almost any time period. Friendship between powerful masters is something that dates back to the inception of power... and masters.

This reminds me of a tale about the Delphic Oracle.
The King (in the time of this tale) went to obtain the Oracle's insight concerning an impending war. He was informed, "If you cross the borders (of your kingdom), you will destroy a mighty nation." He interpreted it as a foretelling of good fortune; yet the kingdom he destroyed was his own.

In conclusion, perspective. If you're looking for patterns, you will likely find them.

I know this might be Ignorant to state or even relay to most of you.
But everytime i think about this election, i get this strong feeling he will win. And that for awhile many great things will come from it.
But then it'll turn to dust.

Jonathan Cainer, British astrologer predicted Hillary Clinton would be the next president. It will be interesting to see if he's right and also interesting to hear his reasons behind a wrong prediction if Obama gets in. Time will tell. As for Nostradamus, I seem to recall the world would end in 1999.... Enough said me thinks.

I took martial arts from this guy named Greg who had a falling out with another teacher named Tom. But they worked it out now they have trained some of the greatest mma fighters alive, like GSP who won the title match at the last UFC.



I worked for a company with Moon in the name and I was hired for a job that I wasn't at all qualified for. Everyone bitched about it, but then I figured out what to do and saved the company a lot of money and then the boss really liked me.




With the money they saved we moved to a really sweet office with, you guessed it, marble! AND there is a big koi pond (aqueduct). Life was good with my new job and I bought both a car and a motorcycle and was happy, though I am not sure mellifluous is the word I would choose unless you like the rumble of a big touring bike.



Then it was revealed that I really just got lucky before and was raked over the coals. Maybe not a hundred times, but I had no weekends for the better part of a month, so I guess kinda. Then I resigned and they hired the guy that they should have hired before me and everyone liked him better so I started calling him every hour and hanging up. That will show him.


EDIT: It is worth mentioning at this point that I really want to believe in prophets yet all that I have seen is conjecture and vague commentaries that can be easily explained. Here is one from Patrick Century XXI - it is my prediction of who will win the election - bookmark this and then be amazed at the end of the year...

That really seem to fit with this other little known quatrain..

The barabaric serf is expelled from the kingdom
and upon the great cycle of thunder
he salutes the king with digit extended
the usurper hears the bells toll the hour

If the King of Terror quatrain actually meant Paymaster King, ie president of the USA then it came true-

in July 1999 Bill Clinton, paymaster king, let China into the civilised world of finance. In others words, the quatrain which said the Paymaster King would descend from the sky and revive the King of the Mongols came true. Bill Clinton flew to NZ, met with his Chinese paymasters, got them into the G7 / G8 / G pick a number and committed the world to a profiteering aggressive China which in turn committed us to a confrontation with China down the track.

Not so much a question of perspective with Nostradamus, more a question of finding his keys to anagrams and translation and making sure they are consistently applied.

I think your claims are ridiculous. I don't see how all of these quatrains refer to Obama. If any thing, this quatrain

may refer to Lunar missions as being a hoax. But Obama,.....no, I don't think so. You're really reaching. My 2 cents.

Basically from what I read, Iran will Nuke the US Navy and wipe them out in the Gulf.

Bascially Iran will take over most of the ME. This is the undercard for the main event between namely China and the US.

In order for Iran to run wild and take over most of the ME, Obama would have to become President.

This is only my humble opinion, so don't lambast me for it.
This Nostradamus character never predicted anything. It is
always after the fact that someone says, "Wow, look what
he predicted". No one EVER says, "Nostradamus is predicting
such and such in April of 2010, for example. This is plain and
simple nonsense. Show me one thing before the fact and I will

Why aren't these posts consecutive? The #'s are all over the place. IF IN FACT, he is the great one, shouldn't this be mentioned one paragrapha fter antoher? How cna you just pick paragraphs and know that they apply to Obama himself?
There are also Bible passages about him, have you found them yet?

This reminds me more of GWB and of the friendship between Bill Clinton and Bush 41, and that the USA saw it's peak as GWB came into office and the increase in power of the executive branch.
