Avatar questions

I was wondering how or if I can change my avatar background colour, as you can see its grey at the moment but some people seem to have black or red backgrounds??

Also is it possible to have a picture cover all my avatar or is this just for mods etc ??

You can buy different backround colors at the ATS Store

And at the ATS Store you can buy a Backround Image, which will cover it all.

Think it's always been there?

A backround image is like SkepticOverlord's thing. But if you buy a backround color, and have an avatar it'll cover all the space too, like mine.
