United States Corporation?

What are your thoughts on the "United States Corporation" and the steps to take to nullify the legal effects of this on any given person?
(i.e - birth certificates, marriage licenses, etc).

This is something I just recently stumbled on and it seems to fit nicely into the big puzzle that is our land of confusion.

If you could provide any sources of information or documentation it would be appreciated.

I would like to hear your take on this subject - is it fact, how does it effect average citizen, steps to counteract this through legal action, etc.
