Andy Burnham is, according source, is the new Culture Secretary...

In the week in which major policies are being announced and a key vote of the new terrorism bill...not a wise time to alter the government

Yvetter Cooper new Chief Secretary of the Treasury Secretary, Caroline Flint is new Housing Minister.

Still, no word on Welsh Secretary
