Your post makes too much sense. I hereby ponounce you a Dis-Info Agent and a quasi-Masonic conspirator.

I'd like to thank the Academy, my Mom, my dog and - most especially the striking screenwriters guild; without your Socialistic bent, I wouldn't have been able to squeek into a major studio with my screenplays and sell them all.

Now wait a minute ... I don't know if I want to be a quasi-Mason; wasn't he the guy with the hunchback who went deaf ringing the bells at Notre Dame? (Did I succeed in exposing even more Masonic stuff by initimating a Victor Hugo novel in a vague way? Next week: Mozart's Magic Flute Exposed!)

Your pal,
Meat.

Original Poster:

Why ask the Masons questions at all if you're just going to dismiss the answers by default?

Doesn't seem to make sense, dude.

I came here originally for the cryptozoology forums, but developed an ongoing interest in the Freemasonry-related threads because, as a Mason, I happen to know a little something about the topic.

My reptilian overlords certainly didn't send me here to do their evil bidding.

Excellent segue.

I do not think I wish to bear witness to Mozart's exposed flute.

It is a discussion forum not the bulletin board at you local supermarket.
Only one viewpoint is not a discussion, it is a rant.

Number one, if you're a lower branch, I wouldn't expect you to know about the Illuminati/NWO yet, so you will think Masonry is oh so totally legit, just as I wouldn't expect the secretary of your local Mayor to know anything about the NWO... and if you're a higher branch, you're sent as a disinformation agent, so please do not bother arguing with me.

Well there you have it folks. Hard to argue with THAT.

If you're a 'low-level' Mason, you're a damned idiot who doesn't know what you're talking about so do not bother arguing with me.

If you're a 'high-level' Mason, you're a damned liar, so don't bother arguing with me.

Must be a fascinating little world you live in Don.

[edit to add]

Darn. Methinks me just fed a Troll! (Sorry folks)

So ... I'm confused.

Masonry doesn't have degrees, it has branches?

And "lower branch" Masons don't know anything, while "higher branch" masons know the opposite ... and only people who aren't in Masonry know the secrets of Masonry?

Is that about it in a (pardon the pun) nutshell?

Your pal,
Meat.

Deny Ignorance.

That's why.

And if you are close minded enough to complain about skeptics, then why are YOU here?

Oh, I joined ATS because of a bizarre story among the other stories that come out from other humans, being that I can not yet fathom yet if anyone that is posting is not a human. I am human and from this Planet. Therefore, I usually think that most people will give his/her own unique perspective about any story but then that involves all of the uniqueness that humans will develop over the years and years the stories keep coming from.

If it is to "Deny Ignorance" then all of everything will have to be considered then.

If I do not believe in a particular story, then perhaps I will just listen until the soup of the Universe gets so thick that the only way out is through death. I prefer living though, so I hope that is what other humans wish to do also, and not think that no thinking will be allowed then also.

Let's all think our unique way then, each and every one of us in the Universe.

You're complaing about skeptics? This site would be boring without skeptics. Wouldn't you want to investigate, debate, and learn more by discussion with an other point of view?

It seems pretty ignorant to me.

I don't believe everything I hear and assume it's truth, whether it's the main stream media or an alternative news source.

I joined this site because it's interesting to hear different theories, ideas, news, and look for some truth in it.

You shouldn't alienate skeptics because they don't believe in certain conspiracies. I believe some conpiracies are true and some are false.

Some of us are agnostic about a lot of stuff, and so we like to smell for what might be truth, all the while having to ferret though lots of rubbish.

Personally I like keeping updated on all the bad news going on , and this is the best place for it. All the other drivel is just entertainment.

Darn it, I planned on watching a good comedy movie tonight, but somehow I've missed most of it due to the Augustus and Mmmeat show. Now I'm going to have to rewind. Kudos for the entertainment, lads/lasses.

I don't think anyone is complaining about skeptics, per se.

Everyone has his or her opinions, beliefs, etc. Keeps life interesting.

My complaint is with individuals like the OP who come on board (supposedly after years of study and a year or so of lurking) and suddenly say:

"This is what I by god believe and if you disagree, you are a disinformation agent (the OP seems fond of that term, using it repeatedly) and not to be believed."

There can be no discussion in an instance like that.

And that sort of situation is after all, the kind ignorance that should be denied here.

Well i guess im here because i like some of the subject matter that is debated on here. Dont get me wrong there are alot of people on here who think to much of them selves, and nearly every topic is getting shot down these days, but hey, im looking for a diamond.

I like ATS MIX, research forum is a good way to get my point across. This forum is a good place.

The reason they don't join the masons?

They aren't allowed to due to their religion or creed? They aren't allowed to due to being female?

They have better things to do than ponce around playing "let's pretend" and getting drunk whilst pretending to do charitable works? Funny how little charity makes it past the borders of masonry to the general community. But being a mason sure does come in handy to dodge a speeding ticket... Or even something much more serious.

Deception and secrecy are, according to Sun Tzu, the fundaments of warfare. That masonry embraces these elements so enthusiastically speaks volumes as to the hidden aggression of its exclusivist and fundamentally anti-human agenda.

What's with all these new members signing up recently and calling everyone 'disinfo agents'? Anyone else notice that trend?

It seems like they are the ones disrupting this place...

Like LightInDarkness said before, this place would be pretty dull if it was just a load of people agreeing with each other. There would be no questions, no chance to prove that you know what you're talking about, no motivation to research things, etc. Wouldn't be much of a discussion forum would it now...

Was it the Giant Gorillas?

This is why I enjoy ATS, the back and fourth, the ying and yang of it all.

Hearing BOTH sides of an argument is how you attain resolution. Even if you cant resolve it, you at least are getting another viewpoint and hopefully some food for thought.

Thats why some non-believers are here. They have an interest and want to LEARN from other who may have either more or just different information or viewpoints than their own.

Embrace and enjoy it.

Wow thats a huge leap. So anyone who practices defensive techniques has a fundamentally anti-human agenda? Geesh.

What you should be worrying about are not the anti-human forces, for they at their root come from human desires, it is the ahuman forces you should be concerend about, for they care not in any direction about humanity. Look to the collectives, not to the individuals.

There's no general section, so I figured I'd ask this here.

There are so many skeptics on this site, and it amazes me.

I have been classified as a skeptic by others on this site for my views. Personally, I am simply interested in finding the truth, whatever that may be. I do also believe that amazing claims require amazing evidence. I like taking a logical approach to any subject and try to be as open minded as possible and follow evidence wherever it may lead.

If you don't believe in the Illuminati then why even join this site?

There are many other subjects on this site then just that.

The 9/11 section, very few ppl in that section believe it. Well then get the heck out of the section, what's the point in debating if you're not gonna believe ANYTHING unless CNN says it's right?

And whats the point in debating if you do believe it regardless of what anyone else says?

Or am I wrong when it comes to what this site is for?

My personal opinion is that this site is for the exchange of ideas. I have learned a lot by coming to this site and debating others. I have changed my opinions of some things and kept steadfast about others.

If you're looking for a believers only site, you may want to search elsewhere. I think if we're open minded enough, we can learn a lot even from those who post incorrect information as it forces you to learn more to confirm your beliefs. What's wrong with that?

Just my 2 cents, keep the change
