At last a government is taking the lead and looking to reduce their reliance on oil, ironically it is a gulf state that is doing this and not a western government, if our governments would only do the same then we wouldn't have been hit so badly by the sky high oil prices that we have seen lately.

For now the plans are still for a plant that's using natural gas... I thought they were going solar. But a step in the right direction, I guess.

sadly governments will never give up oil because the oil cartels will then be out of a job. which isnt good because they pay for peoples runnings for president
