Help with Government Drugs

Does anyone have any good evidence that the government have been supplying drugs to other nations to keep them poor and stupid?

I dunno about this one. I personally think that the governments are keeping down cannabis usage (as a drug, hemp is the same thing as smokable cannabis, look it up) to actually prevent people from thinking too much. Your mind when you are stoned just goes everywhere and makes connections between things that you would never make sober... but eventually you learn how to do it sober too after you've smoked it frequently for a while and recognize the thinking style. It really helps with reasoning and logic, if you can keep your attention.
