Is FACEBOOK corrupt?

So, I keep hearing on news that Facebook is corrupt and can harass you, steal information about you, etc.

So why does Facebook do this? What if you wanted to reconnect with people you knew? What would you do?

If you read their Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, can you find anything suspicious?

I don't have nor will bother getting a facebook account. The t and c are just to creepy for my liking.

Corrupt? I don't know, but those websites have certainly caused a lot of turmoil in families and workplaces. Craigslist is not far behind.

That is an interesting read.

I have a Facebook account, for the sole purpose of readiing one of my best friend's profile/blog on there. I dont use it for anything else. I did NOT use my real name, nor my eral birthday, nor anything real about me.

I havent been deleted at all. Hmmm

Probably because you didn't tell anyone that you're using fake information.

Let me be honest with you. I actually thought about registering on Facebook, in order to find my long lost friends, but from what I've read, looks like Facebook fails.

I actually dont like facebook or myspace. But I gave in and registered an account and I have nothing on it. LOL Except my one friend. LOL
