I saw on youtube this video clip and I must say this is terrifying to watch. It was on the main page of Videos category and it's still there.

The question is, why did the helmet go off? The helmet should've been more tighter on his head....what a crap helmet.

BTW, what exactly caused this, though? Too fast? Mismanaged balance? You decide......
