I'm laughing cause you are so right. Seeing that this forum is titiled "RANT" I didn't expect to see advice given. DeadFlagBlues is offering the tough love and I admire him for that. I think he knows his stuff on fitness. He just doesn't understand women.


That's cool cause I don't either. Shoot, even women don't understand women.
