I'm sure there must be estimated measurements somewhere.
I saw mile long, that can't be.
The size of the plane can just be seen as it takes off and a tube
is seen just after wards.
The size of the wings in proportion to the tube can easily be done
with a few frames and a ruler.
The diameter size of the blue tube is inconsequential if it is the
UV radiation field ionizing the air.
The high velocity current shows up as the wings and perhaps would
disappear into the blue of the tube or the whole craft if it went slower
and the whole tube would glow if higher up in the atmosphere.
