I think the history of the holocaust is probably 90% on, with another 10% of secret stuff that they don't want people to find out about. Because why else can't people research certain things or question any of the history? And it is also just over-taught in schools and drilled into the minds of little kids since they were in elementary school so that they too will never question it - repetition can be powerful mind control. That is also why they had us sing songs in unison - to help promote groupthink. Essentially a mental block is made on the questioning of the holocaust through anchoring ("I saw graphic pictures when I was a kid [or insert gruesome knowledge here], how can you question that?!").

I also think that 10% probably have to do with the NWO agenda, as I believe the Holocaust is used by the Zionists as a shield from criticism (as they use regular Jews as a shield too), so anyone that criticizes the Zionists are automatically labeled an anti-semite by the Anti-Defamation League, whose job is basically to look through news and media and all that stuff of the world and find people to label as anti-semites. I am serious. Many deserve the title, while others have legitimate criticism. There is also a World Jewish Congress which does pretty much the same thing except it also "represents Jewish communities in nearly 100 countries", as their website boasts. It is also a source of the same kind of news propaganda that Fox News has. Basically just really biased and selective news stories. If you only got your news from that website, you would believe that the world is out to get you (if you're Jewish) and that Palestinians are killing innocent Jewish people left and right while the Jewish military heroically "defeats" palestinian "forces" who are evil, or calls for action (check the news ticker on the front page). You would also think Iran has a massive supply of nuclear weapons with intent on attacking, and fully support a full on attack of Iran. Instead of me telling you this propaganda, check it out for yourselves!

A Question of Arithmatic?

I have just finished watching "The Road To Auschwitz" on the 'Yesterday' Channel, here in the UK.

The narrator mentions that the death camps located at Sobibor, Treblinka, Belzec, Chelmno and Majdanek 'probably' murdered something like 1.4M men women and children at the height of their brutality in 1943.

That works out at 'just' 767 persons a year, a figure that I consider to be on the conservative side.

Auschwitz on the other hand was a much bigger concern. Again at the height of it's brutality during 1943-44, the narrator states quite categorically that the camp was murdering 2000 persons an hour.

If we take that statement as fact, that means then, that during the period 43/44, Auschwitz murdered some 17 Million, 520 Thousand men, women and childred.

That is an incredible number of persons being put to death and is quite frankly too much to take in, yet alone believe!

For myself I believe the Allemeign SS murdered about 500 persons an hour. This roughly equates to 4 Million, 380 Thousand men, women and children a year.

I am not talking about Jews per se but about all the persons the Nazi's thought as undesirable.

I discount the figures from the so called concentration camps at Dachau, Buchenwald, Sachsenhausen, Flossenberg, Bergen-Belsen, Neuengamme, Ravensbruk and Stutthoff because they are not cited as being 'death camps', although hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people died before and up to the end of the war.

Thus if we add the figures together for all the death camps, the total men, women and children murdered by the Nazi death machine is approximately
5 Million, 780 Thousand persons in a year.

That means in a two and a half year period, the Nazis slaughtered
14 Million, 450 thousand men, women and children - be they Jews, Poles, Russians, Gypsies, Homosexuals or Lesbians, Catholics or Protestants.

Not too hard to believe now, is it?

I don't think its a matter of "down playing" the Holocaust, it's more about questioning why it is presented to us as the worst act of genocide that has ever occurred with particular emphasis on the Jewish suffering while ignoring the suffering of the others who were caught up in it. The merchandising of the event by many Jews, particularly Zionists, is what worries some people. They've claimed genocide for their own as they have claimed racism against them and labeled it, i.e. anti-semitic and use it as a defence against all criticism whether deserved or not. Many people avoid criticizing or avoid asking valid questions about Zionist actions for fear of being labeled "anti-semitic" This can result in a build up of frustration with results such as Mel Gibson's drunken outburst ( I was disappointed by his blanket apology, a clear explanation of the matters behind his statement would have been more enlightening) while if we felt free to discuss these matters openly and objectively many of people's fears and resentments would be nipped in the bud.
I have a friend who blames EVERYTHING on the Jews no matter what is said, maybe his perception of them could have been improved if political correctness hadn't prevented more open discussion.

I remember being told once that the reason the holocaust is discussed and mentioned as often as it is (might have heard this in hebrew school, might have been regular school) is to ensure that we never forget. Forgetting something like this allows it to happen again.

OK, so let me get this strait; We need to remember that hating a particular group of people for their race or nationality is wrong.

Fine, I get that.

On the other hand, it's just fine to FORGET that an inflated feeling of superiority leadeing a people to hating EVERYONE outside their particular group can lead to the mass murder of humanity on a massive scale?

That is what happened in Asia; the Japanese viewed everyone who wasn't Japanese as subhuman animals and felt no moral restraint against killing and torturing them on a massive scale.

Sure, remember the Holocaust; it was a horrible crime.

But by all means; do not forget other atrocities such as the Japanese behavior in Asia or the Communists starving their own people in the Ukraine.

The feeling of superiority over your fellow man may just be the greatest killer of all time, regardless of whether it is motivated by religion, nationalism or class warfare. In the end, it entitles the superior ones to kill and destroy others without viewing them as their fellow man.

Seems the world has a bad case of selective memory to me.

In 1945 the Supreme Allied Commander, one General Eisenhower, visited a death-camp at Ohrdruf on the morning of April 12th, only to be told that it was in fact a sub-camp for the notorious Buchenwald Concentration camp.

He immediately ordered Patton and Bradley to accompany him to the main camp the following day. Indeed so shocked was Eisenhower that he ordered all Americans not actively engaged with the enemy, be made to tour the death-camps. Eisenhower said that what they saw was "beyond the American mind to comprehend" and that Americans should see what they were fighting against!

He [Eisenhower] also ordered the inhabitants of the nearby German town of Gotha to visit the camps. [It says much for the total secrecy that surrounded the camps and Nazi propaganda, that many Germans knew the
camp(s) existed, but few knew what happened inside!] Following their visit to the main camp the mayor and his wife returned home and immediately hanged themselves.

General Eisenhower then cabled General Marshall in the U.S and urged him to "come to Germany and see these camps for himself. He encouraged Marshall to bring Congressmen and journalists with him."

So moved was Eisenhower that he wrote to his wife saying, “I never dreamed that such cruelty, bestiality, and savagery could really exist in this world.”

Eisenhower was also a student of history. He knew even then [1945] that there would be a great many people and not necessarily fascists or antisemitics who would deny the Holocaust took place and even if they reluctantly agreed that it had done, they would deny the scale of the atrocities, as people had done in the past when regarding other horrific events.

He said to General Marshall, “I made the visit deliberately, in order to be in a position to give first-hand evidence of these things if ever, in the future, there develops a tendency to charge these allegations merely to propaganda.’”

He then ordered that films and photographs be taken so the world would know the full scope of the Holocaust. Note: It would be many months before the true horror of the death and concentration camps became common knowledge around the world. The Nuremberg Trials were a direct result of the Holocaust and were set up to punish the perpetrators and those who supported or helped the Nazis wage war against those they considered to be untermensch.

Did you read the article on the Eisenhower Memorial Page or are you like so many others before you, jumping to conclusions?

I don't call inviting General Marshall and Congressmen and women to see the camps for themselves, as being psychological warfare.

The Allies knew the camps existed towards the end of 1942 / early 1943 but when lobbied by various exiled governments for the camps themselves or the road and rail links to the camps to be bombed, the Allies refused.

And, as they say, the rest is history.

Yes, I have heard of the Bataan Death March, my grandfather was in it. Now go on with your theories.

I understand the point that the Japanese were killing many women and children in China, Korea and the Phillipines. Before you go off again, take a look at pictures of Japanese children waving the Nazi flag. Then look at the pictures of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem talking to Hitler and showing off his Panzer Division raised from Albanian Muslims.

While you are at it, watch the movie Judgement at Nuremburg, that shows the films of Jews in the Concentration camps. Did you ever see the documentary Der Ewige Jude? Probably not.

While you say you are not hating on the Jews, what you are doing is the same thing the German citizens were saying "if it were happening, we would know it".

Denial is the biggest victory of the propaganda machine. In fact, if you watch the History Channel documentary of films that were taken during the war in Europe, you would see for yourself the destruction.

So yes, Sgt. Ralph Edward Moore, 201 CAC Company F (Flint) in Corrigedor Island Philippines walked the Bataan death march. He was tortured by Japanese soldiers. He contracted Beriberi. So if you want to know if we know. Yes, I know. Now as the descendents we have a responsibility of never allowing it to happen again.

You don't do that by diminishing the deaths of any group of people, no matter how much you say you are not hating on them, in fact you are by showing so much disrespect to them.
