A technique for developing stem cell lines from a single cell plucked from a human embryo is unlikely to pass muster with the Bush administration, even though the latest experiments indicate that the embryo can survive the procedure. it will take the religious, moral/ethical pushers to keep the hell out of it.
then, MAYBE it can get somewhere....

It seems anything resembling a "cure" Is suppressed to the fullest .
Why cant we get over these issues . They dont even want us testing and we can apparently do it with no harm to the embryo.

I would say thats its worth looking into eh? Even if its a long shot .

of course it is worth looking into. even if it is a one in a million shot....
this is the learning process and i too don't understand how something that could possibly be a cure for who knows what is frowned upon.

the argument before was it destroyed a fetus or an embryo right.....ok, so those who oppose the research, what is the problem now?

i think we should be all over this like stink on doodoo
