Yikes is this true? Kerry a commie! Read the interview given during his early years in politics. Even then Kerry was the underdog working for the big dog...

We'll deal with Kerry once Bush actually gives us readable records of his military record, if they actually exist, and he admits he was wrong about WMD.

I've just read the interview, and as someone said there I completely understand those comments when made after he came back from a bullshit war, in which probably many of his friends died.
Everyone knows that Vietnam was about money, and those actions at the time would've put a stop to such crap. In fact, I wish those actions were in place now, we wouldn't be in this bloody mess.

I don't really know who Kerry is, and to be honest I don't care. It wont make much of a difference anyway, we need to start a new government in the US and Uk end of story.

NEO,You really are getting desperate.Like a man that knows he's got a fraud standing on his side while a genuine hero opposes him.

So are you saying that those that wish international problem to be solved, and financed by the UN are Commies?

That instead of taking unilateral action and sacrificing US troops, the burden be shared by the international community?

That instead of US tax payers spending billions they haven't got on armaments and bribing other nations, the burden is shared by the international community?

That the USA can lead the international community instead of bribing and threatening them?

That nations with citizens with the same principles as citizens of the US work toward the same goals for the good of all?

That is Internationalism.

Communism is something completely different.

Those are the words I wanted to use, but I didn't want him to accuse me of picking on him again.

Either of you don't care what Kerry is really about?

Sorry but you should care, your hatred of Bush and Republicans borders on the irrational.

Can you not read?

I said:

"I don't really know who Kerry is, and to be honest I don't care. It wont make much of a difference anyway, we need to start a new government in the US and Uk end of story."

I think that somehow makes my feelings known towards Kerry pretty known, don't you think?

I also said:

""We'll deal with Kerry once Bush actually gives us readable records of his military record, if they actually exist, and he admits he was wrong about WMD."

Meaning Kerry is not our primary concern, Bush is. He's the one that's fucking everything up. Once we get rid of him, then we'll worry what Kerry is all about. He isn't even running for President yet.

Man you really are getting desperate aren't you?

Any fool can jump in head first in the heat of the moment. Keeping cool headed and taking your time to make the right move in the midst of a crisis takes the most courage.

what if Bush and Kerry have the same master? or better still what if Bush's master was a lesser evil than Kerry's master?

Sorry but I do know what the word irrational means, you stated here than you don't care what Kerry is like?

"What if" being the operative words my friend. I'm concentrating on the here and the now, and I think saying that it makes no difference who is in charge basically implies that they both sing from the song sheet.

Sorry but I do know what the word irrational means, you stated here than you don't care what Kerry is like?

Again I think you really need to read my post again, this is getting tiresome. I said my primary concern is Bush, he is the one that's in power at the moment not Kerry. I said we'll worry about Kerry once we get Dubya out the way. I never said I didn't care about Kerry full stop. Stop clutching at straws.

I hope so.

I might actually believe the guy is for real then.

That was all I had a comment about. Seemed ok to me. I could care less one way or the other about Kerry.

I just think the UN is inept, but since the post in not really about that, it seemed not the place to expound on that idea.

You made your feelings known about the UN, I responded.
If you knew this wasn't the place to be discussing that maybe you shouldn't have given your opinion in the first place.

I see John, you prefer an internationalist socialist that loves the UN to a conservative that loves the US.

Or do I have it wrong?

Obviously you don't see, go back and re-read.

We have no Socialists or Communists in any elected post in any level of federal government.
John Kerry formed his opinions in much the same way that our returning soldiers will form their's: On the ground in the middle of a raging s--h--i--t storm with friends dying all around & realizing that what they were told was a lie and why they're stuck there is for someone elses profit......all of it masquerading as protecting their Homeland.

The only reason that the UN is touted as being 'inept' is because they take a contrary position to most Corporate Imperialism backed by the US & the West. Being that the US regularly undermines what the UN is trying to accomplish, yeah, you can claim some ineptitiude.......but if your star player sits on the sideline you're not going to have much of a team, no? If we also don't admonish our allies, such as Israel, who regularly bust sanctions, that also contributes to the ineptness.

All I can say is this: beware what you desire because you may get it. The US under UN command looks attractive because the US won't have to:

- be disliked by anymore
- have to think for itself
- have to be independent
- behave as adults
- pay a price for its beliefs
- or learn its own lessons

instead, UN control over the US will mean:

- no one will still like the US
- everyone will gang up on the US now, and win
- everyone will take from the US with no remorse
- the last country in the world with a semblance of freedom will be gone
- every price that the US has ever paid in its past to defend its values' will be lost and wasted
- last and not least, you who kiss up to the UN now will be cursing it 4 years from now too like the rest of us.

That's the biggest load of shit I've ever read. I don't even have to explain myself, it's plain for everyone to see.

Plus the fact that you are hyperthetically basing all this on something someone said 34 years ago, when those feelings were probably alot more relevent.

Keep clutching at straws my friend, it's like witnessing the rats fleeing the ship.
