Strange lightbeam photos during 2003 lunar eclipse

I came across these photos and story of a strange beam of light that came from the sky during the Nov.8th,2003 lunar eclipse.It was near the New Mexico state line that this took place.Does anyone know if these pictures are authentic?

Yes indeed, they are very consistent with each other.

And the shapes of them are well defined and could easily be seen. To me this is more than "what meets the eye". Its very definitive, but towards what? That Christianity is the "correct" religion?

Thanks for the links Jarheadjock.I am going to assume that these photos truely are the real deal just for the simple fact that this isn't the first time that this phenomenon has occurred.

As a matter of fact there are many documented cases of photos with the image of Jesus and The Virgin Mary in them.Is this Gods way of saying"I'm for real?"Or is there some other explanation behind it?One can only sit and wonder.
