Al Qaeda Under Pressure to Strike Again BERLIN - A top German intelligence official has said today that Al Qaeda is under increased pressure to strike a "high-value" target in the very near future. Among the likely targets of choice are chemical plants, and shooting at passenger airlines with surface-to-air missiles.
