Pakistan Vote Delayed to February

?Parliamentary elections scheduled for Jan. 8 have been postponed by the government until February, the secretary of the Election Commission said Tuesday.
The timing of the elections and how the news of the delay is received could be critical to Pakistan stability. The two main opposition parties have threatened continuous protests against the government over the delay.

Is this delay going to cause the break out of civil war in Pakistan? Will it be the final straw that brings about a nuclear strike or is this just a ploy by Musharraf to straighten out the mess of the allegations of fixing the Jan. 8th elections.
