RIP your CD'a to IPOD or Computer and Face RIAA Lawsuit

You, too, could be sued for thousands of dollars by the major record companies — even if you've never once illegally downloaded music.

n other words, according to Schwartz's logic, every single person who's ever "ripped" a CD for portable listening on an iPod or other MP3 player could be liable for astronomical damages.

Go ahead, laugh and say they won't ever get you, but the RIAA is on a monster campaign to nail as many people as they can. I have a friend that is an attorney here in Michigan and that is all he does.
RIAA lawsuits that are piling up.

His name is John Hermann. Type his name into Google and RIAA see what you get. Maybe you may need him one day if you get caught with your Ipod loaded with songs you own.

Think it can't happen on a mass scale? Think again Direct TV did a similar campaign nationwide in 2002 with summons served to over 500,000 in federal courts. John Hermann defended many people in this arena too.
