I could not find a thread involving this, but figured it could be a version of the SR-72 not discussed in Intelgirls post:

Like the SR71, Blackhorse would take off without a full fuel load, in it's case, a far greater % of gross wieght being transferred via in-air refueling.

Would a development of this idea, coupled with low observable I.R. and radar features, and configured as a UAV explain the goings-on at Area 51?

It would seem to be able to fulfill a number of roles for DOD and NSA requirements.

While I am not altogether sure where "Blackhorse" stands developmentally, the "Blackswift" project is very much alive and well and living large at Groom Lake.
I am fairly certain that they are separate projects and one has not swallowed up the other.

anyway, did a simple image search for "blackhorse" on a couple of search engines and found what looks to be a scale model. is this project blackhorse?
