My dad was diagnosed 2 years ago with stage 4 real cancer, it has spread thru out his body including his brain. He has had surgery to remove tumors and has had many chemo treatments and has been on several different drugs including experimental. IMO the drugs (as well as the cancer) are killing him, he has always been very active and over the top but now I think he is losing his energy and I am so afraid he is going to give up. I realize Stage 4 Renal Cancer is as bad as it gets but I don't want to watch my dad suffer and I don't want to lose him and I know his love of life is strong.
I have done a lot of research on alternative, homeopathic therapies. I do believe that there is something out there that will help my Dad but I have become overwhelmed with information and need some guidance. In order for my Dad to take me seriously I must bring him a well researched, thought out plan, I dont think he will be adverse to supplementing homeopathic with mainstream but he is very weary at this point and I want him to believe it will work.
As far as my research goes I am looking at B17 in the form of apricot kernels, 30 a day, with enzymes.
I am so overwhelmed and confused by all the conflicting information that I don't trust my own judgment anymore. I don't want to make the wrong move, waste time or lose my Dad.

I need help and I know there are many on this board who are experts in this field, many who have been doing the research for years and years and are more educated than I will probably ever be, so I am asking for your help.

If this post seems a bit like I am rambling I apologize, after talking to my dad earlier today I feel he is losing and I am not thinking straight but I know I need help.

Any and all input you can give would be so appreciated, I could never express enough to you my gratitude.

yes, there are some resources. Please google the word "b17 cancer" and you will find a lot of information about this issue.

www.worldwithoutcancer.org.uk...

B17 is a volatile vitamin we can find especially in the seeds . I guess you can google much more than i can say , there are very good results even on terminal siatuations...The treatment is quite complex as you need to change all the diet (no meat, eat especially food that directly recieves sunlight) , the vegetables not to be boiled/cooked (just mixed into a juice) and B17 vitamins on top of this . The B17 should be provided by real seeds, not by tablets (B17 is very volatile, bitter apricot kernels would do it . about 4-5 / hour in terminal cases ) .Also try as much as possible to increase the PH of your liquids. It means - no coke, no tap water - only water with good PH (above 7.4 , over 8 would be the best)
Anyway , the best is to find a specialised doctor .

First, let me send my sincere sympathies for your beloved Dad. My own Dad has beaten cancer several times, although it cost him his bladder, prostrate and some skin on his face to defeat the various cancers he had.

Sadly, at this stage it is going to take a miracle to save your Dad. I do not believe that any therapy at this stage is going to reverse the damage done and kill the cancer totally in his body. The biggest thing is this: He MUST NOT give up and accept defeat. He must strive to live. The human will is a strange thing: I watched my Granded die within three months of my Grandmom because he was heartbroken and did not want to live without her. he was not sick, but decided to die and in threee months was gone.

If your Dad has the will to live after all he has been thru, then there is ONE chance: If it is God's will that he live, and I believe it is, then he must give it all to God and drop the fear and drop the worry and accept the healing that is a fact and established in the realms we seldom venture into.It will take some advanced faith work to breach the fear and illness, but it is the onl;y real hope at this stage. reach out to God and believe that it is in His hands and that whatever happens is his will. Nothing else to do.

All I could suggest is what I'm doing myself for prostate cancer...essiac tea, considering hoxey diet and flax/cottage cheese (budwig). That alongside standard slash and burn if called for...but hopefully tempered by the complementary treatment. An aggressive dose of essiac, though...3oz, 3xdaily as tolerated. Mind the times between eating to avoid indigestion. At this stage, it sure can't hurt, and might make the chemo easier to deal with as it claims to boost the immune system. Think about megadosing vitamin C...again, as tolerated. Good luck to you and your Dad, both.

My dad is battling cancer and indeed the chemo is draining energy from him. From what it's worth, I see that staying physically active, if possible at all, helps somewhat, as do minerals such as iron supplements (then again I'm not a doctor who recommended this).

I think that practicing meditation and moderate exercise, if possible, might be of help.

Well, it may be too far, but if I was in his in his shoes, I would try Flax seed oil tablets, Cottage Cheese for breakfast, raw cauliflower or brocolli for lunch, then assorted fruits and vegetables for the rest of the day that lists as good cancer fighters.

The things I've listed above have a lot of cancer fighting properties, not bogus info from the net.

You're in my prayers.

I know its not a huge amount, but your post moved me so much I want to do what I can

Peace always...

P.S -- Dont express your gratitude here....There are plenty of people who will read this, not post, yet send their thoughts/prayers to you/your Dad...

Your most important role is to convey this energy to Him...

Lets Flag and Star this post people !!!

Everyone like this man deserves a big dose of ATS love and good vibes, and people, if we can't send it, nobody on the Net can...

So lets everyone send good thoughts to the OP's Dad, and anyone else close to someone in the ATS community who really needs it right about now...

As a community, from experience, we are best at looking after our own, right ? So why not extend that to the loved ones who frequent this place ?

Personally, I don't find it too far fetched, so lets have a go !!

There is a Doctor who is underground in Europe with a 40,000 person case study regarding Cancer. In all cases without one exception the cancer is preceeded by a SEE (Significant Emotional Event) that is unresolved 1-3 years prior to onset of symptomology.

Then combining that information with a Technology called TimeLine Therapy created by Dr. Tad James (not going to get into discussion about Tad). There has been some great results. TimeLine Therapy is designed to release negative emotions. Or in this case unresolved emotions.

Here is a link to an article titled "Healing Cancer with TimeLine Therapy"

Healing Cancer with TimeLine Therapy

Also, to help recognize the event look for areas that could be considered abandonment-isolation 1-3 years prior.

Hope that helps.

Thank you! I did purchase some B17 in the form of Apricot Kernels, I have been reading a blog of a survivor and he takes the kernels in a smoothie every evening 30 kernels, he also takes enzymes. My fear with the B17 are any adverse reactions (if its not just disinfo) that I have read that B17 can make it harder to breathe and in some cases "drown" the person. (arsenic)
I know the Bitter Almond tree was banned in US, was it because of disinfo or actual deaths? I cant find an answer to that. If B17 is a cancer miracle, shouldnt everyone be taking this supplement to stave off cancer?
I am going to put together a whole program for my dad starting with the B17 and enzymes, special diet, etc. just want to make sure I am not doing anything that would hurt him based on the little knowledge I have.

Thank you and my prayers are with your dad and your family.

The will to live is a big concern, I know he has a strong love for life but the will is draining and draining fast.
I do believe that his will is what has kept him alive this long, the prognosis 2 years ago was not good but he kept going. I think he is tired now, I think the chemo and drugs are actually killing him by taking away his zest. I dont know if he can be cured, I will continue to believe that there is something, I have to believe.

Thank you and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Excuse my ignorance but what is budwig and how does Essiac tea help?
Cottage cheese has been mentioned several times? How does Cottage cheese benefit us?
What is hoxey diet? Have you felt the effects from these measures?

Sorry for asking all these questions, its just every time I go to do research I get very overwhelmed with so much conflicting info and reading from someone who knows first hand is a huge help.

I am so sorry about your father, he is in my prayers

My dad has always been an avid outdoors man and actually made a fine living from it. Up until a couple of weeks ago he was still out and about on assignments, up until a couple of months ago he was still going to Alaska(he lives in Ga.) on business trips. As of the last few weeks he is drained, feels tired all the time, foggy. He knows he needs to get out of bed, he wants to, eventually he forces himself to get up. I hate seeing him like this, it breaks my heart and I know he hates it as well.

Thank you soooo much! I really appreciate your words and kindness.
Please tell me how to convey energy, I have read about this but have never experienced it. I wish I had started my search into the spiritual many years ago but alas that is not the case and I am just a baby learning.
Thank you again!

Actually I am trying to think of the doctor on the Nutrimedical show that claimed a 80% success rate against Stage 3 Cancers out of Germany. Search the archives at www.nutrimedical.com

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. My heart goes out to you as I know what you are going through. I lost my Dad on xmas day back in 2003 because of Mesothelioma, a terrible cancer caused by exposure to Asbestos. I'd have done *anything* I could to save him the suffering he went through. :-(

Throughout my Dad's treatment (2-3 years), operations, chemo, he had Alternative Therapies of all types. It did help. But not in the way I was expecting.

My experience was that it helped keep my Dad positive, preserved his will to fight, and made him much more at peace with the terrible situation he faced. He was given months, and in the end fought for over 2 years.

Keep hanging in there, keep positive, and although I am not the praying type, I'll be sending positive energy your way.

FF

Thank you! Yes I have researched these foods, I need to come up with an extensive day to day diet that is easy to acquire and prepare ( I live 3 hours away and can only help from afar), I believe we should all be on a whole foods diet. What about meat? I have read that meat is not good for humans, do you feel this is the case?

Thank you
I will read your link, I have never heard of this before. My dad lost his mother about 6 months before diagnosis, could that be the missing link?
Going to read it now.
