Oh...my gosh that totally cracked me up! ROTFLMBO! I'm sorry, I may be a grown adult and all but unexpected gas leakage is always, always funny. The first lady's actually punctuated her sentence quite nicely.

It's the unexpected noise that always brings out a belly laugh in me!

It's one things to ..um...'let er rip at home' , home is 'where we hang the hat/bummy'; much different in public.

Hey Johnny! I'm going to say that it is an instant physical reaction, that appears in people in either one of two ways.
Either they spontaneously giggle, or choke and gag and run away...ROFLMAO.
Of course it is occasionally possible for those two reactions to combine into one.Especially if you are in the company of someone who ate bean burritos for lunch....
