David Hicks, an Australian, was caught fighting for the Taliban forces. He was held for nearly six years by the good old USA being denied most human
rights - all without trial.
This should be a live stream by Channel 9 News in Australia. Watch him being released from prison in Adelaide.
I don't understand this... he was captured in a war, as a prisoner of war, right? So, when the war was over, shouldn't he have been released like
all of the other prisoners?
