Now I'm new here and just been reading around,but I been testing a lot to disprove all this "Thoughts have effects on our reailty" and ended up
becoming a full beleiver(it's been 4 months now).Now during my testing I found somethings that will help u.
1.Depending on ur level of skill,the intention slows down and I can explan why and it's up to u to take what I say as true or false.
2.Breaks are good depending on how long u wanna wait and how powerful u want ur level to be in the end.
3.We humans make fields all the time and these are the heart of psi.
4.There is no concept of time,so just because u ain't getting it right doesn't mean it ain't working ,it could just be that u did the action in the
furture and u just need to wait,sometimes just a few mins,other times hours to days,etc.
Let me give u some easy examples
U are studying and then u end up not getting it and then u go take a 5 min break and end up getting it,this happens ,because ur mind is still working
on it and it's doing a good job at it and it's the same with any skill u will ever learn......
Now If u trust that we make fields all the time,then I will example why things would slowdown....When u hold a thought u end up programming a field
that will do the action,so after u let go the field starts to move,but then If u start focusing again u start to remake the field,as If u started from
the begin except it's faster and more powerful,but not as great as when u started,but it will be better in the long run......now I know I'm just
trying to add too much stuff in to one pack ,but I will answer any questions the best way I can and this only If u trust that what I'm saying is
Anyways here's the best way to focus
If u do 30 mins a day stick to that plain atleast one month
The first day try to hold focus as long as u can(if possble the whole 30 mins)(This is be ur first base)
The next day just look at the Paper for about a min and see If it moves(if it moves then good,but If not it does matter it should move later on during
pratice) do 5 mins by 5 mins,take a break every 5 mins
Then just keep doing it like that and also it's good to tell ur self that u can move"blank" with ur mind(Think about it a lot though out the day to
get ur self ready,but try to leave pauses).....Now Like I said u don't have to take what I said as true,it's fact to me,but everyone has there own
way of doing things...I moved a paper with my mind before,but since there's not much u can do with it(unless u train to a good level) I gave up ,but
I can if u wanna pratice for about a week take a rest and then show u if u want.
