I sure didn't see any difference in the ladders, and the B/W TV images were just too indistinct to make any appreciable comparison.
BUT, just for the sake of argument, let's say NASA did fake the moon landing and these images are of a fake moon landing set. The question then would
be WHY would NASA be switching around ladders?
Wouldn't they have just built one full-scale lander, with one ladder? Or are we expected to believe they built so many different fake landers they
lost track of which ladder to use and where? Would they really have built different versions with different thicknesses of ladders, and then mid-photo
shoot forget which ladder was being used? It's complete nonsense.
People forget that part of the reason we were rushing to go to the moon wasn't for a PR stunt, but to be sure to beat the Soviets there and prevent
them from militarizing space, we were in the middle of a very "heated" cold war and nothing short of an actual landing would suffice.
