LOL, this is clearly a parody and is something NORAD does every year for the kids. They "track santa" across the globe yearly and try to time it so that the kids go to bed at a reasonable time Christmas eve. Mommy and daddy can show little Timmy that Santa is projected to arrive in their town at 8-9PM EST, so they better get to bed before he arrives!

Its quite cute. The UFO, in this case, is Santa.

This is pretty funny.

Though i do remember some time ago, in the magazine Weekly World News, they also posted a date for a UFO landing. Of course it never happened, but it was a good read.
