Did the Illuminati Mess up or was it Planned?

I'm asking the question. Was 911 a mistake by the Illuminati or was it planned. Considering Abi Ghraib was featured with the hanging man on the media. Their use of fear in their strategy of all things. I would think 911 was carried out not for the war on afghanistan and iraq. But to create a human sacrifice called Vulcania, that would create so much fear in the community called America that any revolt against this unnecessary war with Iraq would be minimized. Because americans would be so frightened to say a damn word. They know in their minds what the government did. It was so obvious. They know people aren't stupid. They knew we would put it together sooner or later. This was to scare the # out of us. A bold statement of how brutal our masters are if we get out of line.

So to answer my question. No the Illuminati did not mess up on 911. Meaning that "WE" did not find out. We were meant to find out.
