Post Office sends wrong details

news.bbc.co.uk

How daft does it get... Can you imagine everyones ID cards being sent to the wrong people?

I wonder how many of the pensioners are deemed to have 'the wrong hands' that this data has fallen into? How many are gonna go use what they got to commit fraud?

This is laughable, yes, but just shows how fragile the system really is.

I can just see Mrs Jones from number 30, talking to her neighbour about how much more money Mrs. Smith has got and it 'not being right' at her age... I can see the gnashing of false teeth and the sharpening of pension books being done as these old codgers prepare for the gossips battles to come.

Imagine the slaughter...

Are they sure these details were only sent to all the pensioners involved? or were they accidentally sent out willy-nilly?
