Binary explosives have been around since a long time ago. This is nothing new or revolutionary but the video get a bit carried away as to its power or ease of use.

Your local 'ali baba' terrorist cant employ these kind of binary's easily because they are not so easy to produce and more over they are much easier explosive that are easier to use for the purposes they intend to.

I am sorry to tell you that that video is fake! There are super high bianary explosives out there, but they are not that powerfull in the small amount shown. They would be slightly less explosive than a M-80 at that small of a amount! I do not know why they faked it, but it may have to do with Homeland Security funding!
