As medical cost escalates and improves, only the rich will be able to afford medical treatments. Once organ transplants and other medical technologies are perfected, almost anything will become a possibility. (if you can afford it)
The poor will not be able to afford medicine, surgeries or even decent food. (just look at the price of organic food and clean water now)
