That place is in the upper east side of Manhattan which has a whole lot of money and everything costs a premium there. People make a million dollars a year on wall st, live in a multi million dollar apt and spend thousnds on food.

The_Crimson_King, all those dishes you listed have truffles in them which are insanely expensive (hundreds or thousands of dollars per lb) and that philly cheese steak looked like it had some lobster tails on the top or something.

Well, I'm glad we have our priorities straight.
