as its against TC to get people to click on ad 
not saying ATS are making people click on adverts intentialy

My computer sound is always set at "mute". 
I only unmute it when there is something I need to hear. Video sound, etc.
I have yet to experience the jarring noises coming from the ads on ATS.

Well I normally do as well, but like I said I forget sometimes, especially bad when I am reading a scary thread and it happens LOL
I don't mind the ads, I don't mind sound with the ads (if you mouse over them or click), but I hate ads that play sound automatically without having
to be activated it is intrusive IMO

Yes, but you can do this with adblock plus though, so if it's turned off, thats not against the T&C, right?
and I must say, the ones with sound are really irritating. Especially when you don't want sound, or are playing some music loud.
