Awhile back, I had taken my daughter to the Doctor and we are sitting there waiting on our turn. It's super quiet and everyone is flippin through the boring magazines and all of a sudden my cell phone starts blaring The Who's "Eminence Front." My sixteen year old rolls her eyes and turns twenty shades of red all because mom is considered "old school."

A couple minutes later, the guy on our left, his goes off and he's old school too, with his belting out some Lynard Skynard tune.Lol A few minutes later, from across the room an older woman's goes off and at first all you could hear is engines revving and then finally 'Gentlemen! Start your engines!' She had to be a NASCAR fan.

My husband is too manly to have anything but a preset and my daughter is obsessed and has different ringtones for different people.

So I'm just wondering what are your ringtones?

To me, there's only one cool ringtone to have.

The theme from the Good Bad, and the Ugly. When you reach for your phone on your hip, the sound gives you that authentic gun-fight feeling.

Do you have to find a phone booth before you answer the phone? That's a great ring-tone.

Heee. Thanks for posting the scene. I never get enough of that classic.

My ringtone used to be Tubular Bells from the Exorcist, but I got bored of it.

My ringtones are all various sounds from the Original Star Trek.

Family sounds like people being beamed up.

Work is the "red alert" siren.

Clients ring like Spock calling "This is Enterprise. Enterprise calling Captain Kirk; are you there captain?"

My primary boss's ring is photon torpedoes.

IF only I could get the "CHIRP-chirp-chirp" noise when I flip my phone open.

Originally, I had the "doink-doink" gavel from Law and Order. But I got sick of it.
