I took a little road trip out west, and I didn't know the area. Me on a bike, and a teen in an SUV talking on a cell phone.........
Not a good combo.
F'd up spleen, a couple of broken bones, some really cool pins and screws..... Bet I set off metal detectors every time from now on! YEAH!

Truth be told. Nope, no drag intended. Just a young lady who didn't have much driving experience. She stopped, made sure I was OK, and was extremeley upset. They say the word accident for a reason. An accident, nothing more. Pain? Nothing bad. Just like a toothache on my entire right side. Nothing bad. It could've been much worse.
I'll be just fine.

Lombozo, i really think you would have been missed if you didn't return when you did.
Im happy to hear the pains not to bad. Something like this would have no doubt shaken her up too, she will be alot wiser from this experience.
It's actually illegal to be talking on the phone here in oz, (woopsies,is that what you said she was doing?) sorry lots going on here. I'm glad your OK as i'm sure a very lovely AD will be more so.

Lombozo, missed you buddy! Glad to hear your ok man. Man when you told me about the accident in chat I was all like "OMG WTF and stuff" but now that I know your ok im all like "Thank god and stuff". Hope you feel better man and heal fast! Peace buddy and keep on keepin' on!

Was the spleen a write-off? My brother lost his in a bike accident. Mind you, that was motocross.

It's not like she was doing 80 MPH. She was making a turn, and didn't stop as I was crossing an intersection. She was barely moving. Wasn't the SUV, or my flying off my bike that hurt. It was that really sudden stop when I hit the ground.

Well quite. Everyone knows that it's only stopping which does anything. Well acceleration can as well, but normally everyone mentions the stopping.

Anyway lombozo, whats a spleen do anyway? Good to know you are fine.
