Have you seen a UFO?

I am doing a survey, to see if i can find any patterns between UFO sitings. PLease tell me where, when (at least the year, if not the actual date) describe it, a picture of it if you took one, or a drawing, any other facts and please copy one of the maps below and pinpoint it on there. If you didnt see it in any of these countries, then please use another map. Thank you for your time and effort.
