Personally I think it is just a speck of dust or something, but the shape makes you think twice.

Yes the shape definitely makes me think twice. A speck would tend to be much more round and actually the enlargement you show here is smaller than some I have seen that make the case for this object being a natural occurence or a flaw in the image.
