I remember that one showing up already and somebody stated that those are bomb testing grounds or something like that and that there are lots of those
arround . (no idea who it was but maybe he will show up here again , but the had coords of other locations and was pretty convincing)
About the indian face : Hmm to me it looks a bit to detailed to be just a pure coincidence (well maybe without the Ipod cable as that is jsut a road
and could have been build anywhere)

31.01825, 7.9755222 are coordinates I got from the YouTube video "Google Earth Secret Places" that I watched a month ago. Zoom out or go to these
coords 31.036624, 7.986333 and you will see more. I did post these coords a while back on ATS. I mentioned "bomb test range" in that post. Any
ideas on what all those holes are?

The "Indian Head" is called "Badlands Guardian" and is described as a "geological formation" and an "optical illusion".
I dont buy the coincidence/illusion theme though, for the reasons stated earlier in the thread.

I was looking at Washington, D.C. the other day and zoomed in on the Pentagon and saw the roof on the west side has some crap all over it. Like a camp
of some kind. Terrorists hiding right over their nose! I can't imagine what it really is. Any ideas?

Some of the pics are in Sandia NM to the south and the others are from almost the the top of the state of NM to the bottom start at Rio Rancho, NM and
look west then try Kirtland Air Force base and look south. You can see more of the the roads just to the SE of Valencia county, NM zoom in a bit and
look to the east I can give you a dozen more location just like these! Try these first

Thanks deadcatsrule for the link. 826 pages of places to go in Google Earth.
I downloaded several sites so I can check them out later.
It's been my entertainment for the day along with ATS. :,)

Is Google satellite maps just as good as Google Earth? I haven't downloaded it on this computer yet, I just use Google maps now. I was so excited
when Google Earth came out!

I enjoy Google Earth and finding new places. I hunt for coordinates on the web. It's great when you can just copy and past them in GE. I'm not sure
if some things I see are real. The GE data base has several sources. Here is one example of a place that makes me scratch my head.
37°38'45.81"N115°45'2.55"W
"Giant picture of Colonel Harland Sanders - The Face of KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken in the Nevada Desert"

Oh well... Who knows?

Could be.. but where are the little green men? I see a trangle with bright spots on it and I guess it's on the surface of the Earth.
