President Bush's Popular Rating?

Topic started on 6-2-2004 @ 05:28 PM by USAMRIID

How would you rate the presdient...Good or Bad?

I personally have to say Good because how he found Saddam, and also because Bush sticks to his word, and does what he promises to do.

Bill

I know, but in my mind, he still caught Saddam...well actaully our troops caught him, but they wouldn't have been there without his support..

He's actually slumping in the polls again: story.news.yahoo.com.../ap/20040206/ap_on_el_pr/ap_poll_bush_2

Not that this really means anything seeing as how the election is 9 months away. He has plenty of time to pull something....

I can't blame the guy for just doing his job. But the job for the American people is another question. If we go on what he originally promised us to do during his campaign. I think he's done a horrible job.

Who cares if Saddam is caught or not, what does that have to do with anything? Thats like going to Cuba and catching Castro,,,big deal.
Maybe if the elections in Iraq are timed right President Stupid can go over there and become the new king. As soon as he loses here in november we just ship him and his second choice to the bottle wife and drunken kids over there. He could be like jethro on the beverly hillbillys. Jeepers creepers black gold everywhar.

Catching Saddam doesn't really do much for Bush. What does it do for the people of the nation he leads? Nothing. It may improve our relations with Iraq (well, it has too), and it may give his buddies a lot of oil/money, but what about the common folk? What did the capture of Saddam give for us? Yeah it may sound selfish, but inorder to have an ameliorated economy, we need to be selfish. By catching Saddam, the economy won't grow, period.

Therefore I give him two thumbs down.

The only good thing he's ever done is catch saddam. He went to war under false pre-text, gave tax cuts only to only the wealthy, and made the biggest national debt ever.

He didn't give, to my knowledge, tax cuts only to the rich people. The rich of this country just greatly benefitted from it more so than the schmucks who got the three hundred dollars.

OH NO, TAX CUTS TO THE RICH. They are paying out the ass in taxes. They are in the what, 60% tax braket? That is not America folks, that's Sweden and they are socialist.

There is no such thing as tax cuts ONLY to the rich. The Demos are quick to say "HEY, TAX CUTS TO THE RICH" while they ignore the tax cuts to everyone else.

Question, who got banned and why?

If you think he is all good, then look at what he said before he was elected.

If you think he's all bad, then there is no hope for you.
