This is another example of data protection legislation in this country being taken too far.

But it is there to protect privacy and this is how it works in practice.

This legislation needs looking at closely there are too many inconsistencies, holes and lack of common sense.

yeah theyare punishing the wrong people, and I don't think it was a well thought out law.
