HIV china

Yesterday while listening to the CBC I came across an interested topic. In China they where paying people for their blood, then they would take out the plasma. After this was done they would mix all the blood together and inject it back into the donor. Because of this practice thousands of people became infected with hiv, aids, hep c and all kinds of other blood related diseases. This practice is not officially dead either. China still has a "blood trade" going on and poor people seem to be the ones that are losing because of it. It kind of makes me wonder if this may be some form of population control. Anyway. I posted the link to an article about it.

I just read this about a hospital in Almere Netherlands where the accidently gave 621 people HIV.

It reads they probably used the wrong needles used for diabetes patients..

If CHINA is doing it at that rate, PROPAGANDA aside, i'd say there were INNOCULATING their people (perhaps for hard times to come)?
