The best fruitcakes in the world are made right here in Texas.

Collin Street Bakery

Yeah Jen, making gifts, that's a good one! That would go over like gangbusters with the little lady. I could pretty much guarantee myself no sex for a year.:shk:

Peace

That's because we never have enough cashiers to have that kind of coverage...at least at my store. I'm not sure if it's because management isn't hiring enough cashiers or if people just aren't applying for the cashier position, but that's the main reason.

Our self-checkouts are open until 10pm, and customers rarely use them.

Codex Code...I'm stressed out during the holidays too but I don't take it out on the general public.

I'm trying to get into the Christmas spirit, so today at walmart I bought a toy for the kids in the hospital and put it in the barrel, I gave a bum $5, I put another fiver in the Salvation Army bucket and the cute little bell ringer winked at me. I bought some eggnog. I changed my Xmas lites to say Peace instead of Humbug.

I still don't feel real xmasy yet.

P.S. To Whaaa, my better half gave me a top-of- the-line vacuum cleaner last year.
It was nice, but not exactly the present one wants for Christmas. :bash:

Jen, Oysters are an aphrodisiac and you dont bite them, you swallow them whole. Yuck. I agree.
My father used to down them with a sauce...I cant imagine why, unless for the after effects. No wonder he always had a twinkle in his eye.

Dg...my dad swallows them slimy things too...without the sauce. He was a firm believer in making us kids try stuff when we were growing up...so yep, I had to try that too! I told him I was gonna
