Yeah great, but what now?

I am somewhat new to the whole conspiracy interest group and although I find it very interesting, mind numbing and overall curious, what can we actually do about anything we learn?

I mean, really...

So we learn that JFK was shot by the Illuminati as a ritualistic killing on a road that looks like a pryamid with the tip cut off. What can be done?

Yeah, we know aliens are already amongst us researching a better system for their world takeover...waddya gonna do?

I guess the point I am trying to make is, what if we had all the answers to every potential conspiracy out there, what good does it really do unless we as answer seeking individuals were to band together and form an opposing force?

Sure, we can trade web links, media files and theories, but what about forming an actual group of individuals dedicated to the preservation of Earth, our countries freedoms and overall safety?

Is there such a group with enough power to alter that which may bring global chaos?

I am just reaching a point where my spending all my time researching all of this means nothing unless something can actually be done to change things...

Any thought's or ideas?

we can go on the net and talk incessantly about X-Files inducced paranoias and Buffy-esq mystical journeys in the futile hope that somehow this will make us more interesting people and a girl will talk to us.

Do you also believe the concept of "Santa Clause" is a conspiracy contrived to get children to behave?

You make the mistake of many newcomer conspiracists, you assume that most conspiracy theory advocates actually want to do something about the conspiracies in which they believe. Ever since E.T. and X-Files, UFO and political conspiracies have become a form of entertainment for a new generation of children. What fun would it be to expose and end their entertainment?

And it is most entertaining, to this new generation of "conspiracy kiddies", to take minor bits of information on a topic, and pull grand expansions of the idea out of their little arses. With this grand fiction, they then create giant websites (usually yellow text on a black background) where typographic errors and horrific grammar are far more common than actual information.

Then, as the disease of conspiracy kiddies spreads, more new-found budding conspiracy kiddies come across these horrible websites and become trapped in the morass of manufactured lies and deception for the benefit of someone's dark-corner stale-air entertainment by the dim light of a computer CRT and mind-numbing hum of the CPU fan.

Change? Change? CHANGE! No, speak not of change!

If conspiracies are exposed and the evil doers brought to justice, these children would leave their computer dungeons and venture forth into the fresh air! My god the consequences!

alternatively Mogus we could dedicate such vast lumps of our lives to these online forums that the boundaries between our reality and our fictional web existences become blurred and we start to take our own opinions so seriously that we turn into amazingly sanctimonious old coots who can't find any form of personal validity unless we're telling someone new to this type of environment what an amazing intellect we are and how degraded we feel having to share the net with the hopelessly immature.

of the two options I'm not 100% sure which is more desirable.

Look, im a christian catholic and you may think my way
is not your and such, but i will tell you you have (nothing)
to worry about.

God will eventually end the evil which has you upset and me upset, he has let it
get to this point for a reason.

god would never allow this evil to continue forever, and he will bring a just
punishment for what you see today.

In a time coming there will be no evil at all, and god will have plunged them into eternity
forever.

When you see whats to come into the future, god says, raise your head, and be
joyfull, for your salvation is at hand.

God has revealed to everyone in here (satans) world wide plans, not every body
knows about what is happenin because we are considered lunitics and to them evil
is fake and not real in government.

basicaly it is satans peak today, god has allowed technology to hit this level for a man made chastisment, a man made
punishment for our sins as people/ governments ect..


it is a blesing for you to know this stuff, god reveals satans world wide plans to who he will.


your job is to pray for the world, and tell as many people as you can about these times so they
may be awaken.


It will not last forever.

And if you dont believe in god, you towill recieve a warning.

By the way, He puts up with our evil world and everyone in it so that "none shall perish" - He is giving everyone enough time to say "Okay, God. I'm sorry for all the crap I did. I'll be a good boy now." This patience that He has with us and with this world is called 'Grace'.

I really don't think anyone has the right to tell anyone else to shut up. So you don't agree with truth; get over it and move on. As much as you have a right to your opinion(no matter how wrong it may be) truth has a right to his, so really you shouldn't come down on him. This is a FORUM, a place to express oneself. well said troy, you dont have to agree with his opinion (as i know most on the site usually dont) but that doesn't give you the right to censor it

nonsense. I have to tell people irl to shut up all the time, sometimes for their own good, sometimes for mine.
Theres a great tradition of verbally abusing people in a discursive situation and that includes dismissal of their existence or right to existence through the curt request that they desist blathering in your general direction.

Nothing wrong with that at all, its how one responds to being told to shut up that matters.
