Hi all,
I have a question and so far nobody in this forum asked for some explanations about what was so impossible for the Moon and Mars missions to spread some very Earthbound bacterias in the enviroment of these celestial bodies without our knowledge.Terraforming seems to be the logical explanation for the big break space exploration took since the first Moon landing.
The second question probably was asked before but why there are no sound files recorded from space?

It is possible for terrestrial bacteria to "infect" the surface of another planet, that's why care was taken to try and sterilize many spacecraft. Recently, the practice has been neglected in an effort to cut costs.

Many sounds have been recorded from space. Amateur radio astronomers do it all the time. Radio data is converted into audio. You should be able to find plans on the web to build your own radiotelecope (most use an old TV satellite dish) and do it yourself.
Recently Saturn sounds from Cassini have circulated the web.

Google space sounds or planet sounds or star sounds and explore it further.
