I saw a post about this file in the lucid dreaming thread. The poster said don't worry about the curse because it will wear off.
I would like to know the answer to your question too.

No, it doesn't work. There are forums just for Lucid Dreamers and many of them have tried this and no one I have seen has ever had the "curse".

That file was made for ATS member DaRage at his request. There was a thread about it some time ago. Apparently it did work, because he claimed to have lots of lucid dreams.

Wait till he sees this thread, then he can explain.

Hey Hey Hey, Thanks TheBandit795 ;-P

Yes I got the file created for me. I found that yes it did work. I listened to it every night for about two weeks straight. After the first three nights it was working pretty well.

Compared to my normal dreams, First off what this file seemed to do with my dreams was make them VERY VERY vivid. Secondly what I found was that I would eventually realise that i was dreaming, and could take control. However Sometimes i would get so excited that i had control of my dreams that i'd wake up. Other times while trying to take control of the dreams and make them more lucid/conscious and vivid by using techniques such as "spining around on the spot" in the dream, or looking at my hands and rubbing them in the dreams, that i'd either a. lose control or b. wake up (this depends on person to person, some get too excited or lose control like me, others are better at gaining control. Just depends from person to person.). I did this a fair few times and it really annoyed me because i was so close to having more lucid dreams yet i was waking up from the good dreams that they were to begin with. So as a person who really enjoys dreaming, i made the decision that even though lucid dreaming is really really fun and exciting, i still really love my dreams and even though i am usually still always moderately consciously aware that i am dreaming, i go along with the dreams and change things and actions in the dreams just to make them more fun and exciting.

End result? Years after using this file i am still much more consciously aware when i am dreaming that i am dreaming. I have much more controls over my dreams. My dreams have definately increased in fun and having more exciting dreams. I remember them better. And they are always VERY VERY vivid.

Just to let you know. When i was using this file and even for a few weeks after. Instead of sleeping for a normal 8 hours a night. I'd want 10 hours sleep. If i didn't have those 2 extra hours, i'd be tired. Thats when i started using "No Doze Plus" caffeine pills with b vitamins.

And seriously. Dont be worried about that "curse" part. Trust me.

Well, I've listened to it for about a week. No results

Strangely, during the time I was listening to it, I didn't have any dreams at all (at least none I could remember). When I stopped listening, I started remembering my dreams again.
