Gunmen release first video of 'forgotten' British hostage

www.timesonline.co.uk

One of five Britons kidnapped in Iraq seven months ago was shown for the first time in a video released yesterday, flanked by masked gunmen and saying he felt that he and his fellow hostages had been forgotten. His captors threatened to kill him in ten days if Britain did not withdraw its troops from Iraq.

Where did the kidnappers get the Army issues M-16s?

I'm just throwing this out there since it has been speculated that these kidnap victims in Iraq are actually being kidnapped by our own forces in order to make the terrorist "fantasy" more real.

While I am not so sure about that myself, it WOULD make sense.

Something that does intrigue me, however, is the possibility that Blackwater may be responsible for some of these abductions.

They certainly have the fire power and ability to do so.

I don't know, what do you all think?

Seeing as how the average John Q. Citizen would believe they were terrorists if they were shown holding them hostage with water pistols, perhaps they didn't feel the need to go that far with the farce??

I'm not saying that this is indeed the case, just wondering really.
